Dita Von Teese is an American burlesque dancer– not a stripper! She is thought to have re-popularized burlesque dancing, and has a general affection for all things 1930s and 1940s. Part of that love-affair with that period is a connection with cars of the time. She loves he 1946 Ford Convertible, but one of her prized rides has been her 1939 Packard 120. Von Teese is now selling the Packard, and to help move the car, she posed in a series of photos that evoke the time and look when the car was built.

This custom 2007 Pratt & Miller Chevrolet Corvette C6RS is up for grabs on eBay right now until May 19th, with a current bid of $110,100.

That is until GM stepped in- and with the help of tuning house Pratt & Miller, created this one-of-a-kind Corvette C6RS for Leno and a few others to enjoy.
The BoldRide Weekly Recap
This past week has obviously been marred by tragedy and chaos, causing us to ponder the significance of a modest automotive news outlet like ourselves. But the world continues to spin, and we’re all just a community of individuals, whose lives, careers, and choices somehow all effect one another in some form. We press on, trying to do the best at what we know how to do. In the case of BoldRide, that means bringing you the best automotive news coverage that we can. Here are the top automotive stories this past week from BoldRide:
1974 Chevron B27/BMW F2 Racer is Our Kind of Classified

Today, their find was of the motorsport pursuasion, in the form of a 1974 Chevron B27/BMW racer, which competed in the Formular 2 race series in 1974 and 1975. It was even once driven by famed racer James Hunt.
Classified of the Week: 1996 McLaren F1 With…Zero Miles?
That’s right, zero, zilch, nada. This 1996 McLaren F1 is reportedly up for sale having never been driven in its entire lifetime.
About This Car
For 17 years, this beautiful yellow Brit has been sitting lifeless in the air-conditioned garage of one Japanese owner, apparently never having been driven. Not even once. Sitting for so long, there’s no word on whether the 6.1L V12 is actually still functional, but if so, it should still be rated to produce the 618-hp it did from factory back in 1996.

This 2012 McLaren MP4-12C is up for grabs with a one of a kind paint scheme to match.
About this Car
If you’ve ever wanted to be the proud owner of a (virtually) brand new McLaren MP4-12C, now might be your chance. Sort of. This 2012 MP4 is up for grabs with a custom specialty “testing camouflage” wrap. The same one seen on pre-production spec vehicles.
eBay Car Of The Week: Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen Convertible
There is something so enthralling about Mercedes-Benz G-Wagens. We should have rejected them the way that we did the Hummer brand, but something about its hyper-luxury exclusivity kept it around. Of the G-Wagens throughout the years, perhaps some of the most coveted are the 2-door convertible models. Like a Mercedes-Jeep Wrangler, these vehicles are the best of both worlds and a forbidden fruit.

About This Car
The original 40s Chevy pickup transformed from a docile and dirty staple of hard-working farmers, to a custom rat rod-style muscle truck seemingly overnight. What was once a staple of the midwest, was now a product of doped-up gearheads and quarter mile drag strips. This 1948 Chevy Customer pickup, is the very product of such a craze.
