…For $2.75M, which is a hefty price for American Muscle. But, take into consideration the history and all that is associated with the 1970 Hemi Cuda and MOPAR, and owning the very first one ever made, that 2 mil doesn’t seem like such a stretch for what it’s worth.
The Hemi Cuda in question comes with a 426 HEMI V8. Brand new in 1970, propelled it to 60 mph in about 6.4 seconds and on to a top speed of 117 mph. Naturally, all the power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission.
Finished on August 1st, 1969, the E-body was hand-built in Chrysler’s Clare Point, Michigan, factory as a study prototype, and was never originally never put up for sale. We’re not exactly sure how this seller got his hands on one, but, it’s on eBay and you better get to steppin’, because bidding ends March 2nd.
