Italian styling house Bertone has just revealed its first taste of the Geneva-bound Jet 2+2 Aston-based shooting brake concept. You may remember back in 2004, when Bertone’s original Vanquish-based Jet 2 made its debut. Now, with the 2013 Geneva Motor Show a few short days away, Bertone revisited the shooting brake concept, albeit, with use of the Aston Martin Rapide.
Under the hood, the 2+2 sports the same 470-hp V12 found on the current Rapide S. Inside, the sportwagon uses a two-tone leather and a stretched and heightened rear quarter, naturally.
The shooting brake was commissioned by an unnamed clientele (with very deep pockets) and marks 60 years of a Bertone and Aston Martin working on design together.
The Jet 2+2 will hit the show floor in Geneva come March 5th.
